Shipping Policy

General:

We try our best to work with most reliable couriers in Australia to deliver the pruchase to you in the safest and soundest manner.

  • Customer order is fully insured shipped.
  • It takes no more than 7 days to deliver to Metropolitan area, and no more than 14 days to regional areas.
  • We use quick and reliable service provider to ensure best service to you
  • Special delivery arrangement on request where available.
  • Exclusive delivery service at your door. Available on request. 

Shipping time:

  • For order on available stock, normally:

+ Metropolitan area: 1 - 3 business

+ Regional area: 3 -7 business days

  • For order out of stocks and customised orders, we will contact you for exact date of delivery and arrival, but we likely take no more 14 days for customed order.

Shipping option

  • Your order delivery method is defaulted by the price you order. In reasonable manner, we can assist by providing option to expdite your order with a faster shipping for smaller fee. However, it may not always available.
  • All orders are insured and shipped via secure courier, as per option they provide that we allocation your order by pretax value of your order.
  • Signature requirements for delivery:

+ For order totalling AUD$1000 or more, your signature is required.

+ For orders under AUD$1000, our carrier may require a signature.

+ For exclusive delivery service provided by our delivery team, signature is required and delivery time is needed to be confirmed by receiver.

Shipping arrival

  • Customer is advised to inspect package not being damaged, tampered or torn before signing receiving paper.
  • Our courier partner will offer several options of delivery, such as at your door, to closest postoffice or alternative address. Please mind that your order is valuable, and hence choose the most secure receciving method.
  • Both our courrier partner and ourselves are only responsible to deliver to destined location, as per your shipping instruction. We will not be responsible for any item lost after the delivery, so please ensure your instruction is correct and fit your situation.

Return shipping

  • If the cause of return shipping is from us, such as defective goods, sending wrong order, we will fully bare the return shipping cost.
  • Otherwise, customers will pay for shipping cost for any other reasons such as change of mind, or provide wrong address.
